The Association management bodies are the General Assembly and the Management Board.

The General Assembly is the supreme body of the Association. It consist of the Regular Members of BATO. General Assembly has two regular session per year and is convoced at extraordinary sessions was necessary.

The Management Board consists of the Regular Members of the Association.

The Association is represented by its President, who manages BATO in accordance with the decisions of the General Assembly and of the Management Board.

The Executive Secretary and the Secretariat assist the Management Board and President and perform the operational activities of the Association.
